1, You have to say that you are residents of the USA.
2, You have to say you have a pretty high income if you want to get a
credit card with high limit. Your income is not your salary from the
university. You could have summer job such as internship. You could save a lot
of money in your bank and get a high interest. Your parents or even your
friends may send money to you. You could own some stocks. So you don't have
the right to doubt your income.
3, Don't apply a lot of cards at the same time. This will turn you down.
4, Some credit cards ask you transfer balance when you apply. Just transfer
some balance. If you don't have any balance, just transfer some money. You
will get it if you do so. And the more money you want to transfer, the higher
credit line you will get.
5, Instead of apply for new credit card, ask increasing of your credit line
after you get the card for one year of half year.
6, Don't get disappointed. You might be turned down by a lot of credit card
company. But take it easy. You can definitely get some credit cards. Thousand
credit card company is on the web. Take 2 minutes to sign up. Some credit card
company will give you the card after they refused you several times.
Management of your account.
1, Pay full amount of your balance every month. If you don't have money in
your bank account, transfer the balance to another credit card.
2, Don't use credit card to get cash.
3, Don't enroll any protection plan even it is free for three month.
4, Don't write checks of the credit card account if there is a financial
charge associated.
